As-is it gives an amazing Noble Sacrifice -> Avenge -> possibly Redemption combo, alongside other possible secrets, with a 6/6 for 6.
It'd be sufficient for it to guarantee drawing that combo without the huge tempo gain.

Not only do you get insane value of "drawing and playing" the secrets, but you also thin your deck out which something you always want in a tempo oriented TGC deck. Play him on 6 and chances of a dead secret draw the next turn is heavily reduced, making it easier to draw your other threats
