absolutely TOP card in my Opinion, probably becomes auto include meta, since thats what druid always missed, a fast - hard-removal, we got recycle last patch, but that was way to slow to play it also druid matches tend to run a way more long, so you probably don´t want to see his Ysera again.
i also would say this downside is very acceptable, you just can´t give drood like a Hex oder polymorph, would make him op.
As druid you don´t care to much about enemy Value, you literally have more than enough Value in your Deck/Hand to deal/trade with everything, atleast now you´ve the ability to deal with everything!
yea sure you probably try to compare it with Naturalize, but no, not even close, you give a Enemy a most useless Minion for his Tactic, example Patron that receive a damn useless yeti? makes him sad, but 1 or two card draw? Everyone comes for free Beer!
I can totally imagine things going horribly wrong for me every time I use this card.
And Mill druid is a thing so potentially this could be a Deadly Shot without the random or a Assassinate that costs 2 less

A card that needs a big target for sure. It's surprising anti control.

My opponents always get something good from Unstable Portal. Somehow, I feel like the same good luck will probably apply to them with this card.

Could go in any druid deck. Even Mill druid. The average mana cost of minions being somewhere between 2 and 3 makes this entirely playable.
Pretty effective card removal. It doesn't seem to be a great fit if the meta is very fast, but druid can use some hard removal that doesn't give there opponent's 2 cards from there deck.
Giving them one random minion that doesn't synergize with there deck is a lot better having them draw.
the set looks to slow the meta, not just by making the early game more defensive, but also giving aggro things to do on later turns meaning they are able to slow their decks and still be good aggro.
Can't decide yet if it is very good or overpowered.
