It is really powerful! Of course face hunter won't play it xD

I like this card, and since we have a few good beast in this expansion this card will bring even better beasts than current random beast from Webspinners.

Tried to put it in a Midrange for TGT : 

Your math is fuzzy, how do you round down to 3 mana when the only battlecry beasts are King of Beasts, Stampeding Kodo, Captain's Parrot, Hungry Crab, Armored Warhorse, and Ironbeak Owl (6/36)?  Out of those, the only ones where you wind up losing value would be the owl, parrot, and crab. 

So bane of doom with a body but worse rng. Seems good.

the randomness is not as random as it seems there are much more bests that gave this card value then not.. dont forgett how many good beasts there are and at least 4 can win you the game on turn 5.. so i would say this card is awsome

1 chance out of 36. I guess keeping Leeroy Jenkins is a better option.

1/36 is pretty high for pretty much an instant win.

though leeroy would be more reliable

Not only it could fit into the deck, but it really shines in Midrange and Tempo hunter.

In the worst case scenario, if you get a crappy beast, it would at least be cannon fodder to Hyenas

If I played against a hunter with 28 sub-4 mana cards and 2 of these Id be happy these were in his deck

5 Drops? Straglehorn Tiger and Tundra Rino just off the top of my head...  Also if you think face hunter would play this then i don't think you know what face hunter is...  This is definitely a midrange card.  

Hunter wants to go face but that's not always possible.

Also, there are very few options past 4 mana slot. Loathebis one of those, because it can prevent mass removals.

So far, people won't play anything more expansive due to lack of tools. It might change past TGT. 

I see that many of you fail to see how just utterly broken this card is, so allow me to translate the card text for you.  

Spend 5 mana, get 3/3, and roll a 6 sided die,   If you get a 5 or 6 you win the game!

33 collectible beast

7/33 = meh

16/33 = good

10/33 = you win

It's only a 7/33 chance to get shit, which would only be the 1 on the die.   What's more, even then a 4/4 for 5 is decent enough.  It sure as hell won't lose you the game.  

It's the same principle the shredder utilizes.  Sometimes you get a doomsayer that wrecks you, or a shitty 1/1, but most of the time you get good, or great value.

Basically.

Its a very strong card. Probably the worst thing you can get is a hungry crab or dragonhawk, which is still almost equal in stat strength to 5 mana. It would be very rare to not get amazing value out of this card. I Think many hunters will play slower beast decks based solely on this cards potential.

If they dont, this expansion has offered many new mechanics to stay alive longer, so face hunter will have a choice of playing this or queueing into a counter.
