I don't think it can be considered powercreep, classes in HS differ by quite a lot and can't receive spells of exactly the same power. Warlock has a very powerful hero power and that's the reason his class cards will always be a bit weaker than those of any other class.
Pally is more about divine shield (which priest cards can't do) and buffing minions. Priest is better at healing. And at shadowform damaging. But pally gets weapons for damaging. Really, you just can't directly compare the cards.
The card that always SHOULD have been in priest; before this the most healing a priest could do on a minion was 4 with Circle of Healing compared to a druid's 8 with Healing Touch. And the 1 mana makes sense, because Light of the Naaru costs 1 mana and heals 3, but also summons a 1/2, which is effectively another +2 health when opponent clears it.
Super unlikly that this will replace Light of the Naaru. It's going to be interesting to see how Priests manage to come up with consistent decks considering the wide variety of very situational cards they now have access to.

Different classes , different spell values.
Fireball - Mortal Strike
Also i think Priest should be better at healing than Paladin.

Turn 7: Prophet Velen
Turn 8: Auchenai Soulpriest, 2x Flash Heal, 2x Light of the Naaru
...It'll never happen, but a Priest can dream, can't he?
No priest can't, that's Ysera jobs :P

This is really OP
"Noxious after seeing this"
His review for this card is going to be him spending 15 minutes coming up with insane combos for the card, then briefly going over the other cards
The Pyroblast for Priest ... Gg Malygos-Priest
Malygos doesn't enhance heal
priests actually have less than paladin. Shamans could use some more healing though
:
racist
cool card ... priest should have a 1 mana healing only card anyway

RIP Holy Light!
Incredible card!!!
Finally! Priest is getting some great cards for insane decks with TGT!
All the heal/damage value condensed in one card!
