In a fast paced meta this will see play, however, in a control meta it might not see too much play considering Shield Block is better in a more control based meta.
On the flip side Shield Block will draw you a card, which isn't necessarily the best thing if your playing to fatigue.
Kind of comparable to a Shield Block + Shield Slam but in 1 card that is less mana overall but also deals less damage. Seems alright to me, but I guess we'll see if it actually sees much play.
The Return of Penance
Face hunter getting you down? Play All-the-Armor Warrior and enjoy the taste of victory... and you're opponent's salty tears.
Upvoted your comment, but no. It won't. Face Hunters power is to go from 0 and deal a lot of damage. If you wanna counter the face hunter, use Shield Block
All-the-Armor Warrior would run... all the armors!
I was thinking more like 2x Shield Block 2x Bash 0x Armorsmith
Seems solid for controlish control warrior of armorsmith.
the art is like, " THIS IS SPARTA!"
Imagine Golden version of This is Sparta Kreygasm
Looks nice, maybe not op, but I can imagine it in play someway.
Why this has the same cost but plainly better stats than drain life?
Because Drain Life is just disastrous and Blizzard doesn't like buffing cards.
Warlock cards are weaker as a rule because of how strong their hero power is, I believe Warrior cards have been stated to be stronger as a result of their weaker hero power too(doesn't affect board, card advantage, or help you win the game just keeps you from dying).
This is -really- good. Control warrior is going to absolutely love it. It might be tough to cut a card from the list, though. It'll be interesting to see how it compares to shield block in control warrior. Will the early kill spell outweigh the draw power and two extra armour? It also gives control warrior a way of bypassing taunts more easily. (since nobody uses mortal strike)
I don't really see it as particularly useful in grim patron, but in the rare warrior aggro decks I can definitely see it being effective, much as cards like darkbomb or quickshot are.
Awesome cheap/common card. Maybe one of the best tools warriors have now.
Poor Drain Life...
Same as many other Warlock cards - they are weak to compensate for the Warlock hero power which would be too OP if they had equal cards to the other classes.
