What, when they have wolfrider for the same mana cost and one more damage? I don think so.
Yes they have but this it much more annoying to deal with. You for example trade your divine shield into o 3/2 minion and your opponent still have to spend mana for their hero power. But if they don't have anything on the board then they have to do 2 actions to get rid of it (for example hero power+wrath etc.).
Trade? Since when face hunter do trades? They use the cards with the highest damage outcome (in this case, wolfrider) and go face. That why they earned the name "face" hunters.

ok, so you play hunter against hunter/zoo/paladin and let Knife Juggler live?
I'm still trying to think of a way this card could possibly be good, even if you use to trade into an enemy minion you leave it vulnerable with 1 health , also you don't really want to combo it with buffs because that will be far too mana intensive, going face would be alright assuming you can attack twice for 4, but why not just use wolf rider and get 1 damage less and gamble for 6? seems like it will be one of those cards that don't really have a place in any decks.

With it only being 1 hp it IS susceptible to Hero Power removal, but when is a druid/mage/rogue benefiting from Hero Powering turn 3? It allows for 2-for-1 trades or a tempo loss for the opponent both are good.
I cant see this card being very good in any deck that isn't face hunter, and even then, it's slow. There's a line were a cards value doesn't make up for it's lack of impact on the game, I think this card is simply too small.
Lets be honest, its a card seems nice will be fin in arena but constructed 0 use i wount even use that in divine shield pala cuz i rather have 2 of those as one argent commander)
So to make that card any good: 3/1 divine shield *after an attak luses divine shield* means if it trades with something and the shield is gone, nothing will happen. That would make this card blank as good as wolfrider but little better if you trade.
I had trouble trying to figure out what you are saying..., but if i understood correctly, you are saying you would like to introduce a card that can, in any situation, be strictly better than either Scarlet Crusader or Wolfrider. If you meant to not give the card Charge, then it's strictly worse than Scarlet Crusader.
I agree on the first strictly, because you have an additional option. The second case is not strictly. 3/1 is weak against double Abusive Sergeant + Big Game Hunter :D
if this was a 3 mana 2-2 you could easily get a 2 for 1 but like that i feel like Wolfrider is an objectively better card sins both of those hits the opponent once and dies
This is a matter of opinion. I believe that the Argent Horserider is stronger as a minion for trades and for face damage when in conjunction with cards like Glaivezooka. The reasoning behind this is the divine shield as it will be able to live after a trade forcing your opponent to trade with another minion in it or use a hero power to kill him. Wolfrider on the other hand gives you more instant damage but in most cases dies immediately afterwards.

So from what I understand, you either want a neutral Shielded Minibot that costs 1 more, or you want a neutral that is STRICTLY better that Shielded Minibot that also has Charge for 1 mana? Doesn't that seem a little OP to you? And either way the only thing it would really change is whether or not your opponent could ping this to death after trading, and if you force your opponent to ping turn 2/3 then you got tempo off the play anyway... So why is this card bad? Wolfrider dies to just a ping... There is no chance of it surviving more than one turn, and there is also no chance of potentially vying for board control (not all decks are Facehunter) so I think Wolfrider is strictly WORSE than Argent Horserider. Not to mention both of them being 3-drop and the Horserider can go 1-for-2 against Wolfrider.
May i remind you, we are talking about a card that can kill a Knife Juggler when you play it and leave a 2/1 body on the board. You can not buff it in any way without making it too powerful compared to other cards. 2/2 would be bad as Silent Knight exists and from Wolfrider/Jungle Panther and Reckless Rocketeer/Stranglethorn Tiger, we know that Charge is valued way higher than Stealth.

Face Hunter? no
Face Paladin? yes

Higher chance for it to survive a turn.

It's meh in my opinion. Trades upwards but you pay an extra mana for it.

Good card. when it trades with 3/2 on turn 3, it works like 2/4 charge minion. and has really good synergy with Flametongue Totem, Rockbiter Weapon, Blessing of Might, Cold Blood, or Tinker's Sharpsword Oil which makes it good for shaman, rogue or face paladin.

3 mana for a 2/1 .. if at least it was a 2/2 or a 3/1 but we already have Wolfrider
