I see a lot of comments on using this in a Paladin or Hunter deck, but what about Burst Rogue? Seems to synergize with Cold Blood and possibly Tinker's Sharpsword Oil. Only issue would be the 3 mana cost might be crippling for combos, but at least the divine shield makes the buffed minion last longer than Southsea Deckhand.
Uh, this card also says Charge, Divine Shield. Unless it was different when you posted this comment.
I also checked the order of other cards. Al'Akir the Windlord, which has four of them, goes: Windfury, Charge, Divine Shield, Taunt. Most of them respect this order. However, I found that Sunwalker and Annoy-o-Tron put Taunt before Divine Shield. I don't know, I guess there isn't a strict stablished order.
Right now it seems kind of pointless to emphasise the different wording orders, but it is always interesting to find descrepencies in the 'established' orders like you just pointed out. Maybe the orders might actually matter in the future... or I'm just overthinking a simple card game.
I was writing a guide for the syntax of hearthstone cards and I discovered that Blizzard's way of writing static attributes has changed over the expansions, as you can see from the transition from comma separated to line separated. And now the word "you" is bolded. Sp00ky stuff.
Divine Paladin would actually be a thing (although possibly will not be included in serious competitive matches). But it could be a fun gimmick, although "fun" is also consistent and very strong to have Blood Knight sucking all those shields after baiting hard removals and BGH.
I think Blood Knight is usually fairly solid in arena....I'm thinking it's going to maybe become a more solid constructed addition. The aggressive Paladin deck already runs a ton of D-Shield minions (Argent Squire, Argent Protector, Shielded Mini-bot, Coghammer) - and that's pretty popular. BK might be more viable as a one of if the meta continues to shift that way the way Kezan Mystic and/or BGH tend to be 1-of meta tech.
The thing is that, in ranked, a tech card has to be useful against a certain amount of decks, because otherwise is a weak card. BGH is the numer one tech card because it is very useful in most of the matches. Kezan is good against only 3 classes but all of them are played a lot right now. And the same happens with Harrison Jones. Meanwhile, BK is only good against Paladin, and more face Paladin than midrange. So, I don't know about BK becoming a thing in ranked. I mean, Paladin would have to become what today is Patron Warrior to be included in ranked, imo.
I'd argue that Kezan is really only good against 2 constructed classes. I've yet to see a paladin play a secret in constructed.
Also, I don't know what rank you play at mostly but I usually hang in the 5-upper legend bracket and there are a TON of aggrodin decks. I get paired versus them a lot more than I hit Patron.
Your points are legit, though. I just also wouldn't be surprised to see BK become a more viable card replacing some rather easily replaced 3 drops in some decks.
Yeah, Face Paladin is already a very annoying deck, and I think that they are definitely going to add Argent Horserider, instead of Wolfrider, which is arguably the weakest card in the whole deck. I don't know if Face Hunter is the same case, as they have a lot of 3 drops. The most similar would be Arcane Golem. They would have to sacrifice more damage for a stickier minion in that case. Where else do you see this in constructed? Maybe Zoo could use this card, as the only 3 drop they have now is Imp Gang Boss, I think.
This may replace wolfrider in face hunter since u can charge face and it may be dofficult to remove so if they cant deal with it that turn then u can attack again and we all know 3 bigger dan 4 :p Also i realized im giving face hunters logic and ideas so whoopsie doosie :p
Same here xD
YEAAAHH!!!

I think in oil rogue having more mana on your combo turn is much more important than your minion having Divine Shield.
Funny, Argent Commander's text reads Charge, Divine Shield but this card reads Divine Shield, Charge
I wonder if this was intentional or just a pre-release 'mistake'

Also, Injured Blademaster's himself is in capital, and while you would expect Injured Kvaldir to be the same, it just isn't.
Injured blademaster is a basic card, so it might be why they've gone for emphasis here to explain it newer players

Is this the return of Argent Commander ?
BLOOD KNIGHT INC.
Anybody else thought he was riding a seahorse? Lol.
With all these neutral minions with divine shields, Blood Knight will become a really solid pick in Arena

I bet that this card will find place in face hunter (few days after release).
