It will summon a war kodo not another kodo rider.

unless the kodo rider does not die then you get to keep summoning a war kodo on inspire

I know, I was implying that a flamestrike would not kill 2 3/5's. Even so, if the opponent's next turn 9 is flamestrike + fireblast, they just wasted an entire turn destroying the value of one 6 mana card, leaving behind a 3/1. Perhaps this is best played on an empty field to regain some board control, or to bait out a flamestrike.

This is pretty good in arena imho. Two 3/5 + hp for 8 mana is quite good and once you can inspire a second time the value is insane. If it fits in constructed is not clear yet. However, with 1 or 2 other good cards with synergies it might have the potential to built a deck around those cards.

Cairne Bloodhoof is too slow to be played in constructed and is weak to silence, and this card has all the faults Cairne does. It's really slow but can have huge amounts of value, just like Cairne, and will probably be insane in arena, just like Cairne. I don't see this card in constructed, but if the meta were to slow down enough for this to be playable that would be nice.
