So this card's conditions only apply to the hand spells you have at the turn this is played, right? It doesn't apply to spells drew or added in hand after.

Seems decent in Standard. Absolutely wack in Wild with Potion of Illusion shenanigans.

"Forgetting the whole strategy/combo shenaningans" is like saying, "ignoring the 6-ton elephant sitting on my chest."

Cards like this suffocate the game.

The absolute Big Mage degeneracy. The aggro spell combo degeneracy.
