Arena card for sure
3 mana deal 6, and a small but sticky threat. It's pretty good, though I'm not sure what deck would want to run it. Manathirst immediately makes me think Druid, but this doesn't seem like it fits into what Druid wants to do.
Compare with Restless Mummy, an extremely good card
