Hold on a min. Why does this card switch effect while it is in your hand? It doesn’t state anywhere in the card text that the effect changes while in hand.

It is a rule of thumb that if nothing stated then that is understood it only works while in play only. 

I can’t really defend the wording choice on this card

Lmao I barely even play the game anymore and even I know that cheating out cards for 1 mana is the most hated element of the game right now. Wtf devs.

Well it will certainly find a home in Druid. Play this and the Naga that refills your mana and you can pop off with enough draw (like Miracle Growth). Being 10 mana makes it easy to fetch too.
