April 2016 Card Nerf
It was announced on April 20th, 2016 that Master of Disguise would receive a nerf.
- Now only gives a minion Stealth until your next turn.
Quote from BlizzardThe ability of Master of Disguise to grant permanent Stealth has been a design obstacle for a long time, so we are changing Master of Disguise to only grant Stealth until the next turn. This change opens up exciting options for future cards.
This is a male tauren?
>_< But the voice too....
...
They've obviously had some serious work done...
If you would really wait that long to play both it would probably be too late to make it really useful imo
ACTUALLY A MALE TAUREN???!!?!? Kreygasm
Just saying, but could you try this with Shadowstep?
At least the battlecry Isnt wasted and you can play stealthed kt in one turn, and maybe next turn Faceless Manipulator with any good taunt or just a legendary. ( be careful about the freeze doomsayer you know)
Someone do this and please tell me the result! :) (updating now) ^_^
This card would see more use if you could target enemy minions. Would allow a one-time bypass of Taunt minions.
Blizzard needs to change this to a Pirate. Not because she IS a Pirate but because the Pirates think that she is. No other tribe could really mistake her for one of them but a Pirate crew has some seriously lax recruiting standards.
Or just rename it to 'MagicAmy'...
very fun to play with questing adventure or even a hogger : ) minus if they do any aoe's
Pretty sure this card's going to see waaaay more use with all the bodies with awesome passive skills in GvG.
Extremely good when combined with Gadgetzan Auctioneer for miracle rogues. Only Flamestrike/SP buffed AoEs can take it out at that point.
Too expensive mana wise do to it all in 1 turn, you could leave out Auctioneer and play this turn after, but highly unlikely Auctioneer is not removed/silenced.
The stealth 'cannot be attacked' overrides the taunt. To a shield-bearer you made a minion that's taking up board space and does nothing unless you can add an attack point to it so it can break stealth.
