He has 16 stats (9 + 7). His deathrattle is worth between 1 and 3 more, I'd say, depending on the matchup. That's easily the level of an 8-drop, possible even a 9-drop. He's incredible value.
One of the best Golden artworks!
Just pulled a golden one from pack today! Really fun card, and I get 1600 dust standing by just in case some really OP card surfaces among the Grand Tournament expansion.
A very annoying card to play against( most deck could only run one BGH, but this card keeps reincarnating. If you leave it unchecked.....well ignoring 9 damage is not even an option). A really great card against Handlock(by trading in the giants, and stand by on the board to dish out burst damage to OTK it without risking the molten giant). At mana cost of 7 you really can't ask for anymore. Definitely deserve more love even in constructed, though the meta is still slightly too aggro for it to surface. Should try it in Fatigue druid sometime.
I got a Malorne from a Webspinner, which I grabbed that spider from a Thoughtsteal. Pretty cool. =)
LOL
Which you get from Spellslinger? :)
lol.. i kid you not, i got 2 malorne, one from my summoning portal, and another from his summoning portal which i stole using sylvanas which i got from him also using faceless (yes i use faceless, leave me alone)!!!! crazy.. should have taken a screenshot
Spellslinger Which you get from Burgle? xD
Which you got from Nefarian?
Which you got from unstable portal?
Which you got from Convert made by another Spellslinger.
I don't think he is bad. I mean, sure there are a lots of better legendarys than him, and Dr. Boom usually takes up his place in a deck, but if you don'T have Dr. Boom, he is a totally viable option because of the very strong deathrattle. But of course I don't have neither him or Dr. Boom, so my opinion might change after that :D
It won't be put back in the deck, since its text is what causes this effect. I tried it out with a Malorne I Mindgame-d away from a Druid.
I got 7 packs in hearthstone got 3 legendaries out of em was a golden malorne SO FUCKING LUCKY!!!!
This guy is really good for his mana cost, and its really funny if you could ever suicide him after playing a baron rivindare (i think i misspent that), all the malores into your deck. Also combo's really well with KT, and if you ever get KT and Rivindare with this guy....... you win, you just win the award of never running out of malores or cards (if you just keep using malore to kill their big dudes and protect KT and rivindare).
Only 1 Malorne goes into your deck, no matter how many Baron Rivendares you have.
Really? That's lame, but then again so is bouncing blades stopping when a minion would die even if commanding shout was active on your creatures and your enemy has 0 creatures.
Hey there! It really depends what kind of deck you are going for, but I think Cenarius is a much better card overall.
Dont get rid of either
I'm with you bro. The thing is, hunters can use this "beast" through a web spinner far more efficiently than a druid ever could. Mind vision? Mirror Image? Thoughtsteal? All good, it's just a web spinner to start. 1/1, dinky little thing. Until it violates the rule of probability and becomes Malorne. The hunter, who makes it very careful to not include any card that costs over 3 mana, now has an unbeatable late game as well, as this card has to be killed over, and over, and over, unless you happen to have a silence or a mind control (my deck personally has one silence, keeper of the grove, and you can bet I'm using it on a huffer turn four if one's up.) Also important, hunters get to entirely skip the deck construction aspect of this card. Druid players have to either A. Get it from a pack (I don't know what the odds are, but I would guess it's below a thousand to one, given that it has to be a GvG pack, it has to have a legendary, the legendary has to be this one, the player has to actually play druid, ext.) or B. craft it, costing you say, 80 days of religious quest-doing with dust put aside for ONLY this card. Hunters essentially skip both of those unlikely scenarios, and get Malorne for free when they get it. And yippee, it just so happens to have the mana cost that it can be put down alongside all those 3 mana spells and hero powers hunter like to use. 1/50 sounds like bad odds, but so many web spinners are put on the board daily, that it's bound to happen in a lot of games and it's bound to be unpleasant for the opposing player when it does happen.
