- If Bouncing Blade is unable to kill any minions, due to an effect like Commanding Shout, it will stop when all minions are at 1 Health. (Source)
Deal 1 damage to a random minion. Repeat until a minion dies.
Only goblins would think this was a good idea. Even they are starting to have their doubts.

If you are lucky, yes.
If you are unlucky he has something like a 8/5.
I would definitely run only ONE copy of this card in a standard control warrior deck with only the current set of GvG revealed at Blizzcon in mind. The synergy with Armorsmith and Acolyte of Pain is hard to pass up, let alone the aforementioned slaughtering it can do to other control decks if played at the right time.
I wonder how this works with spell damage. As a normal spell, it would be less powerful with spell damage, as it is more likely to not damage some minions (or damage them less). However, it is a missile based spell which does damage multiple times (instead of to everything all at once). In this case it gets +1 charge, so I guess it would do one additional hit after a minion dies?
Not even sure how this will help warrior in general, another RNG spell, as if brawl isn't bad enough.
Absolute counter to a big board like double Molten Giant on empty board. Probably will be nerfed before released. Too much value. Control Warrior will be able to completely slaughter other control decks(Handlock, Priest, etc) if this goes live untouched.
Could this card possibly replace Brawl?
It hits your minions as well, so if it's just the 2 giants, then it will get insane value, but if you have minions as well, it's likely they will die.
Probably not, because this card only kills ONE minion. Also, the more swarmy the enemy board is(e.g. Zoo), the more random the damage potential of this card is.
Actually this card may be totally useless if the opponent has swarmed the board. For example, against a Zoo, the blade may end up bouncing twice on a Flame Imp(or even worse, a Haunted Creeper), and you just wasted 3 mana to remove a 2 health weenie.
But the problem with this card is how ridiculous it can be in a Control matchup. When the opponent has only a couple big guys on the board(which is very common in control), this card becomeshands down the most efficient removal spell, only comparable to Hex. Say the opponent has a Rag and Sylvanas out, and you use this. You kill one guy outright, and damage the other, setting up for an easy board clear. This card alone can turn a game around, and is even more reliable than Brawl in this regard. Also you can use this in conjunction with Sylvanas for even more shenanigan.
A situational card, but that situational use is too broken, and that 'situation' is not even rare. Warrior already has enough removal. Also think about this with double Armorsmith/Acolyte of Pain on board. Uhhh
I would replace Whirlwind/Unstable Ghoul with 1x of this for sure.
Really cool and interesting card, I just hope that the animation of it will be even more awesome.
Link to animation here. Best animation so far, imho.
Yep than it is confirmed, thank you! Awesome animation! :D
Frothing Berserker can get infinite damage when paired with Commanding Shout.
If a minion is at 1 health from commanding shout then it cannot take damage. In that case the frothing berserker can get very very big, but it's not infinite.
Just the Combo of Commanding shout and this card, OP as hell.
This will get nerfed, it looks insane right now.
This looks insane when you combine this with cards like Commanding Shout, Armorsmith, Frothing Berserker, Acolyte of Pain...
That may be game-breaking because, on a board of only your minions,
that would lead to a blade that lasts forever.Ben Brode confirmed on Twitter that the blade does not hit targets that are immune or are at 1 health with commanding shout. They probably thought of it + the intention of the expansion is to generate many new play styles.
