 So let's play out possible nerfs to this obvious as hell OP card...

1) Actually make you play this *before* it starts the discounting process so it's no longer this > Brann > whatever. You'd have to actually play 3 minions while this is on the board instead of 2.

2) Reduce the reduction to at bare minimum 2 mana for the 3rd minion. Maybe half cost?

The card is probably as broken as his old version was with spells. It's like Blizzard doesn't learn a ****ing thing and keeps making the same mistakes over and over again like some brain dead monkey. The sheer fact he isn't getting a bat swung at him this coming patch is disgusting enough.

Kael'thas Sinstrider + Tinyfin + Mutanis the Devourer or Gigafin

Why the hell would they make this? If sunstrider was hilariously broken back in outlands then this is going to be moreso. I'm 85% sure that this is the sole card that's going to make the set release meta miserable. 

This card makes needing Runed Mithril Rod or Tamsin's Phylactery obsolete. Kael'thas and a single Wisp into Mecha'thun + Cataclysm will end the game without discounts. It's also easier than ever to run through your entire deck with Imp-ending Catastrophe and Wicked Shipment, maybe Tamsin Roame as well if you need the extra draw. This card counting himself and the fact that every class has access to 0 drops will be a major problem. At least Lightning Bloom mana cheating is gone so people can stop complaining about that department, but still, this is one of the largest nerf targets I've ever seen.

I bet the name of my first born that at the end of august this is a 7-Mana, every third minion costs (1)... my glass sphere just told me...

Turn 5 Gangplank Diver, Turn 6 Sacrificial Summoner into Kael'thas Sinstrider into anything?

As long as you have another minion in your hand to play 3 mana or less, then yes that combo will work.
