The holy spell requirement is harder than just casting a spell, but you're still getting a Divine Hymn (which saw play) for free when you meet it. Not at all a bad card, as the 3/4 naga is already a 4.5/10. 

Great card quest priest will love it 

Decent 3 drop that stays super relevant past turn 3. Can make a huge difference against aggressive decks.

Great 3 Drop for Priest, all 3 Priest Cards are very strong

Nice heal for late game.The effect won't do much on turn 3 though.

Finally, a strong heal for value Priest that doesn't pigeonhole you into deathrattles.
