Love the design of this one

Now this seems like fair disruption. Allows one player to mess up another players plan but it has to be timed right. Discard effects never feel good. You gotta let both players play. Mind you freeze feels pretty unfun so they gotta keep these things in check. 

I love this card.  Legit disruption.

Snowfall Guardian  being choked in the card art. Probably the only good use for this, but still too random to see play.

Can be very strong replacement for Okani since it can be played 2 of, has aggressive stats and can counter specific play next turn. Cannot be countered by coin/cheap minion like Okani, but it can miss the targeted card.

It's a sea snake, so SE Asia perhaps.
