On the baseline, this is 3 mana to deal 4 damage to a minion, which is slightly below par. Then come the upsides; murloc tag, hand/deck buff synergy, battlecry synergy, and flexiblity. All of these are small upsides, but together, they push this to slightly above par instead.

they just don't learn do they ? card like this are bound to be nerf to summon another one of it

Nice for Handbuff Paladin, Rush Warrior, and Shudderwock Shaman...

In compensation, Shudderwock should be set to 11 mana.

First thing came in my mind aswell! Easy replacement for pre-nerf Saronite chain. And frees up 6 mana slot for those decks in wild. 

I like this, flexible removal and synergy with both handbuff and Flametongue.

More cards for already strong hand buff pala... ahhh
