This is an interesting twist on some other double 1/1 effects such as Lost in the Jungle and Living Roots. The dredge is both and upside and a risk; it's an upside because you sometimes get to improve the quality of your next card drawn, but it's a downside because you sometimes will have to select a suboptimal choice or not be offered any murlocs at all. Overall, it's a good card in a murloc deck, but it's very specific, which is exactly how I think these cards should be balanced.

Similar to Wolpertinger, but can only be played in a full Murloc deck.
