I'm actually just going to give this the same rating I would a Savannah Highmane. It's got a relevant tag, makes up for the loss of initial stats with rush, and has some solid highroll potential as well as a few fail states (Explosive Sheep is the most irritating one).
This card will be meta in Paladin there is only 13 possible outcomes:
Low Roll - Click-Clocker Trench Surveyor Seafloor Savior Efficient Octo-bot and Security Automaton
Medium Roll - Annoy-o-Tron Explosive Sheep Naval Mine Gorillabot A-3 and Azsharan Sweeper
You are happy with all of these mid tier mechs
High Roll - Azsharan Mooncatcher Mecha-Shark and Popsicooler
Your lowest possible roll woild be two Seafloor Saviors. In this outcome the card still boasts 9/8 in stats for 6 mana on 3 bodies, with 5/4 being rush.
Alot of the summons are quite high in utility and the card honestly might be included in mid-range decks in a few other classes as well.
Tldr : Paladin buff cards go burr

Probably an arena card. It simply trades too poorly with a lot of stuff on turn 6.
This card is pretty good! Possibility for some serious low rolls though.
