Pre-nerf, this was a 8/10. The point of comparison here is Hench-Clan Thug, which was fair and saw play in only odd rogue. This provides an Arcane Explosion that hits face, which is far more powerful than +1/+1, and additionally sports a pirate tag, too.

Rogue and Hunter can give this poisonous in wild.
