This card is one hell of a sidegrade to Smuggler's Run. Running off the downsides, it costs more mana, requires you to either play cheap minions on board first or keep them alive from a previous turn, and works only with murlocs. The upside, on the other hand, is huuuuuuge buff potential; even just 3 murlocs gest you a rank 3 Conditioning. Combined with Rock Bottom, it's unsurprising that this card sees play, but it's still super conditional, and extremely bad against aggro.
