Mistermath's Card Ratings for Voyage to the Sunken City:

I think this card looks fair and fun. While you certainly can dream about getting tons of value off deathrattles, rushes, and large beasts in general, it's all in all very comparable Reincarnate, which saw sparing play. This has some advantages; you can play it in advance to bank mana, and the minion being dormant for a turn is actually an upside if it has rush, since it's effectively just immune. This also has some disadvantages; your opponent can control when and what it triggers on, and the dormant also stops effects like taunt from working, which may be important. Overall, I think it'll be a cool card in some sort of value hunter deck, if that comes to fruition again, probably alongside Hydralodon.
An upgrade to Pack Tactics?
Hmmm depending if it works with rush/poison minions as i think it does than we will have a pretty broken secret. If you can't suicide the minion on your turn and trigger it, then the secret becomes less appealing but still totally viable. I see it as an absolute win.
