Mistermath's Card Ratings for Voyage to the Sunken City:

This can be compared to Ragnaros, King Krush, Illidari Inquisitor, Deathwing, Mad Aspect, and the treasure card Embers of Ragnaros. The final comparison is perhaps most important, as it highlights just how strong this card can be. However, unlike embers, the fireballs can't all go to the same place (face, mostly), and the attacks also stop if Trenchstalker dies by taking 9 damage before the remaining attacks go through. The card is still clearly pretty powerful and good in specific situations, but not good enough to make the current cut in control warrior.

Something more than just a filler.

Trash card in standard, amazing card in arena 

Can go face, so pretty decent as a top end finisher.

True, it's the warrior inquisitor that doesn't require an attack.
