I wanted to give this a 10/10, but decided to be slightly reserved. The card is extremely similar to post-nerf Patches the Pirate, as well as a 0 mana Tracking. Putting two of these into your deck makes it effectively a 28 card deck, and any aggressive druid deck is going to want this. While it technically doesn't add stats to the board, the card it draws probably will, and with Bottomfeeder being a thing, the free +2/+2 is certainly comparable to patches. Absolutely insane, no clue how this got past testing.
