Arcane Shot is a 5/10, and the card selection + dredge synergy kick it up to 7. Indeed, it is going to be a staple in almost every shaman deck for the next two years, although there may be some exceptions (murloc shaman maybe focuses more on minions?).

This will never come out of any of Shaman's decks for the next 2 years.

Being a fire spell is great with multicaster. And with dredge you can try to dig for it.
