Mistermath's Card Ratings for Voyage to the Sunken City:
7/10
This card is one of those "overpowered, but not overpowered enough" cards. A 6/6 taunt for 5 is already above average (6/6 with no text is average in theory). The option to also cast Command the Illidari, alongside the beast tag, shows just how pushed this card is, and just how far power creep has come in recent years.
I love this card, so much flexibility.
There should be six otters in the picture
The last two are taking the picture.
I love the idea of an angry swarm of gorgeous little otters ripping your opponent appart!
As a card it looks a bit too fair compared to what we're used to, but it is reasoably well statted for the mana cost, as most other cards with 6/6 in stats usually come with a down side. That said, there have been plenty 5/6 for 5 which come with their own upside and most havent seemed OP.
I think this card is more likely to fit in an aggro/swarm deck as a board reload rather than get used as a 6/6 taunt. When combo'd with Composting it's potentially an 7 mana, draw 6, clear some minions (which isn't bad at all).
Does Fandral Staghelm summon six 6/6s with taunt and rush, or one 6/6 with taunt and six 1/1s with rush?
One 6/6 with taunt, and six 1/1s with rush - 7 minions.
1 spot needed for Fandral, so its a taunt and five 1/1s
No matter how good this is competitively, this is the best card in the game.
