Stapling Nourish onto Dark Alley Pact turns out to make both halves quite a bit better. Oh, and this has taunt as well. It does have the "downside" of not impacting the board enough for the cost, but the litany of free-or-near-free payoffs in druid for casting large spells, alongside the ridiculous amount of ramp, mean that it really isn't a problem in the current meta. A solid standalone card that will be played in control/ramp druid. 

Lol, so they print this and then bring back Ancient of Lore... Someone at Bliz is a sadistic SOB. Just wants to see AoL jump off a cliff.. 

A somewhat slow, but value-packed spell. At the very least, 4/4~5/5 taunt is a gift.
