Mistermath's Card Ratings for Voyage to the Sunken City:

An pretty cool card with a high potential upside, Kotori Lightblade joins the ranks of cards like Raj Naz'jan and Lady S'theno from this set that really shouldn't be played on curve. Instead, Kotori wants you to combo this with buffing holy spells, of which there currently isn't enough support for. However, synergy-reliant cards do tend to get better as the year progresses, so look out for more holy spells (preferably cheap ones) that could make this card work in a variety of paladin decks.

Confirmed that it's not worth running in standard since there are only two cards that can work with it:

Hold the Bridge and The Garden's Grace.

Insane card for wild in libram deck. It will be top tier indeed.

Cards like this make me nostalgic for when cards like this would have been overpowered.
