Ranked Play Issue - March 2018

  • We are aware of an issue with Ranked Play progression for the March 2018 season roll. While we investigate, we have temporarily disabled Ranked Play mode in regions where the March season has begun, which currently includes Asia, China, and Europe. We will continue to update this thread as more information becomes available.
  • To address the current issues with Ranked Play progression for the March 2018 season roll, we will also temporarily disable Ranked Play for the Americas region at 11:59 PM PST tonight. We will continue to update this thread with additional information regarding this issue. Thank you for your patience.

    Some players may be experiencing an issue on login where their incorrect season and rank is shown in the season roll pop up, causing those players to also not see their rewards. This is a visual issue only; by searching the collection for “new”, the rewards will show.

  • We have implemented a hotfix which should resolve the issues we were seeing with Ranked Play. With this fix in place, we are now working on addressing the accounts of players affected. Once that is completed, we will be able to bring Ranked Play back online.

  • We have implemented a hotfix for the issue that was affecting Ranked Play in all Hearthstone regions. To properly assess the scope of the issue, we had to temporarily disable Ranked Play while we worked on the hotfix. As part of the restoration process, some accounts may have received additional stars.

    We understand this kind of downtime is disappointing for our community, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
