GvG Launch Updates
Goblins vs Gnomes is now live in North America and Europe, but there's been some issues during both launches. The European launch was delayed due to many stability issues in North America, but both realms are now doing well, if you don't include the Classic Pack issue in Arena, but we'll update you if we hear otherwise. Below is a recap on the resolution of issues.
Times cited below are in EST (GMT -5) and from December 9th.
- North America
- The store opened back up around 2 AM. Pack purchasing has been working since.
- Realm stability / login issues were resolved just before Noon.
- No current known issues.
- Europe
- Expansion launched at 5:04 PM.
- Realm stability issues were resolved at 7:18 PM.
- As of 10:41 PM, arena runs are rewarding players with Classic Packs. The issue is still being looked into.

Deck Spotlight: Miracle Mech Mage
It's time for a Goblins vs Gnomes Deck Spotlight, and we're taking a look at MrThreePik's Miracle Mech Mage! The deck is new, and is still being play tested, but it's quite a bit of fun and makes use of a handful of the new Mech cards to get you introduced into the new ways of the expansion. You're going to be making use of Archmage Antonidas along with all those Spare Parts you generate through minions such as Clockwork Gnome and everyone's favourite Tinkertown Technician.
The deck clocks in at 2520 dust, and contains plenty of neutral GvG minions so if you don't get them while opening packs, they're worth crafting! Check out the deck below, and the full deck guide for more details on how to play Miracle Mech Mage!

Posted Dec 10, 2014 (GvG Launch)I'm playing a variation with both Archmage Antonidas and Gazlowe , and it has been working wonders. Nice to don't always having to rely on drawing Antonidas to be able to keep up late game, the deck got me from rank 14 to rank 5 today.

Posted Dec 10, 2014 (GvG Launch)In MTG, Miracle is a mechanic that pertains to topdecking. The hearthstone definition has become a bit more bastardized and relates to infinite spell loops (ie. using spare parts to get free fireballs from Antonidas).

I'm more surprised at the lack of Undertaker. Mana Wyrm is so iffy.
