Lol it's a fucking advertisement cartoon of course logistics are thrown out the window, the point was to entice players that never played yet and entertain. Unless you find entertainment solely by questioning a cartoons logistics then I dunno what to tell you other than "slip into some thinner skin and maybe you can enjoy things and take from face value easier"
Solid strategy from Blizzard. This video does not point to the average player, who is too old to actually enjoy videos like that. They are not trying to sell cardpacks, what they are doing is trying to expand their player base. They are trying to catch players as young as possible, that are easy to turn into adepts who will spend money in the future.
It's the best way to compete with Magic, of course. A medium-long-term strategy that compensates for the loss of current players. Instead of giving them what they wanted to come back, Blizzard tries to create new players that fit what the game offers strictly.
I do not like it, it talks about how little is the Hearthstone team willing to bring us the features we are asking, but it's a sensible movement.
Dunno what's with all the downvotes for this guy from a business standpoint it makes sense. It does sound kinda aweful ov them but that's business for you, everybody has been manipulated into being a consumer at some point in their life it's a tried and true way of making money and keeping customers around.
if you pay attention to detail, 1 guy has golden cardback which is only available for people who pariticipated in a HCT Championship aka the pros. This guy play mage jugding from the animation: the secret play sound with glowy purple, arcane missle, the "i win" card flamestrike. The other guy only have basic cardback and play murloc, most likely a meme'r. So imo the vid try to show that either you are someone who is competitive and serious about winning or someone who plays for the meme, someway you will get enjoyment from playing the game. Although I don't know how true the fun part is, this is a pretty decent short.
The Elf is 99% of the HS community.
nicely clip :Kappa:
Was kind of hoping to see more action on the board, but it was okay I guess. Also fuck elves.
Y'all didn't notice that the elf is actually Dollmaster Dorian.
Love those animated shorts! ^^

The Virgin control player versus the Chad aggro player
WHAT? No anyfing can happen at the end?
Blizzard plz.
This is why they call themselves Blizzard Entertainment rather than Blizzard Gaming.
I call hax, elf was clearly using a paladin secret (1 mana), polymorph, and what looked like Mortal Coil and Hellfire.
Yet Reno played how many of the same 1 mana murloc?

Nice I guess? If it was for the tournament it could've been more relevant, sortv feel like I watched an un-used release date trailer
Am I the only one, who think, that this short is waaaaaaaaaay worse that previous short? ó_ó
I'm not the best HS player & I'm not spending a lot of time with it, but after awesome cinematics I was buying packs for money... But...
Would the non stop dance routine by the wanna be Disney hero be considered BMing the blood elf?
