The patch which we datamined last week has hit live realms! This patch includes 4 card backs, two which are for October and November ranked gameplay seasons, and the other two for BlizzCon 2014 and Warlords Collector Editions promotions. - Hallow’s End Card Back – Acquired by reaching Rank 20 or higher in Ranked Play mode during the month of October.

Edit: blizzard said on Twitter that the WoD and blizzcon backs still need to be given licenses. Not sure how some people have them already though

Posted Oct 29, 2014 (Naxx Launch)They added the card back into the game client, but it is not available for use until the first of November. That's assuming you've made it to rank 20 by the first, though.
