Discuss This Week's Brawl
Head on over to our tavern brawl forums to discuss the brawl in our dedicated thread.
my opponent beat me with shaman shrine because he had coin Prince Keleseth turn one.
my turn two I killed his shrine.
his turn 4 the shrine is back and he plays Leap Frog.
then his turn 5 he plays a 5/5 Doppelgangster
and that is how I died.
Watcher knights in a nutshell
Can't really see a weak shrine this time... Maybe Treasure from Below just for a matter of HP?
My experience with it in single player is its one of the strongest shrines... even if you only steal a card every 3 turns, its usually a nice tempo advantage, as well as value stealing and uphand in eventual fatigue wars.
I played only one match in this brawl, went rogue without thinking and had a massive win against a paladin. Not statistically significant, but its a fun shrine to try anyways.
in single player the experience is quite different, also due to the buckets.
though i definitely have to agree with you that in SP the steal shrine is incredibly powerful. that one and jalanai were probably my easiest runs.
