The Twitch Rivals Hearthstone Arena Draft Challenge Is Live (Jan 29)
Twitch is running an Arena competition on January 29 with 60 of Hearthstone's greats who will battle it out for their share of $10,000. Here's how it works.
- Teams are comprised of 2 members and will be scored based on their cumulative best consecutive 3 Arena runs. (30 Teams in Total)
- Each win in the counted Arena Run will count as 1 point.
- Prizing will be paid out to the Top 10 teams based on their overall placement.
- The maximum total is 72 points (3 runs * 12 wins * 2 players). Ties will be determined by the fewest total losses.
Boozor
Our very own Boozor is in the event. Show your support and check out his stream! Main stream can be found further down in the post.
Schedule
- Play begins at 10AM PST / 1PM EST / 7PM CET
- Final score submissions at 6PM PST / 9PM EST / 3AM CET
Stream
All competitors will be streaming on their own channels and there will be a primary broadcast on TwitchRivals.
is there any info about the event somewhere? OK, someone mentioned here the winners, but what about the others? I really liked the event but I had no free time to watch it. :(
The streamers took a small break form Auto Chess to play this event. Now back to Auto Chess.
Who Won ?
ADWCTA and TTEXXX.
This got a lot of streamers to stream at EU friendly times at least
Come on Oliech!
Can't wait to see duo Krip & Zeddy in action:)
Inb4 a Constructed streamer goes 0-3
ShtanUdachi + Guddummit will win.
Easy Kripp win
dumb - ties in scores means that they have same win / lose ratio in the scores
errr, what if one player has a 12-0 run and the other has 12-2? wouldn't that be a different ratio?
do you really think that people who cant use a deck tracker nor heartharena can actually do 12 wins?
do you really think that people will not snipe them just cause they can?
do you really think that people will not build decks that are 80+ scores just to destroy their chances?
just look at kripp - every so often he gets sniped and loses his cool for the run.
kripp - the best arena player in hearthstone hands down.
and you expect non-arena plebs (aka constructed twats) who participate in a tournament NOT to get completely destroyed?
pff
I’ve been 12-0 on mobile before. Never used a tracker of any sort, as it takes away half of the enjoyment of what arena is all about imo.
Heartharena is good for getting you to about a 4-5 win average, that's about it.
Kripp, the “best Arena player in the World” didn’t even make the top 10.
i guess the Salt Queen Lackeys are all hiding.
Do they play only between themselves or it's a standard arena type shit ?
Standard arena.
Rooting for Slysssa, Dog, and Toast.

If they offered packs to viewers they would increase viewership otherwise I'm busy.
