TeSPA "Dalaran Flame" Card Back
An announcement on the TeSPA website has confirmed our original guess on how this card is obtained. To obtain the Dalaran Flame card back, you must be a registered member of a TeSPA chapter that has at least 25 members.

With that in mind, TeSPA is excited to officially announce the addition of the TeSPA Hearthstone card back to our membership benefits!
As the first exclusive card back reward for Hearthstone, TeSPA members of our official university chapters will have the ability to meet the necessary requirements outside of Hearthstone, and find themselves rewarded with this awesome in-game goodie!
We’re sure many of you are chomping at the bit to see this card back in your repertoire, so to get started, there’s just a few quick things to mention:
• The reward will be available to active members of TeSPA Local Chapters
• This card back is available to TeSPA members belonging to chapters with at least 25 members
• Official members will be able to claim this reward in “My TeSPA”, our dashboard for Local Chapters

Posted Sep 26, 2014 (Naxx Launch)I don't really like Blizzard making card backs available to such a small group. However if I was in the small group that would be the card back would use which is what I think they are trying to do. They want the card backs to mean more that just a card back like the legendary card back is the only thing informing opponents of what they accomplished. These will show players that I was at Blizzcon 2014! Just an observation.

Posted Sep 30, 2014 (Naxx Launch)I don't usually "+" someone saying FU to Blizzard...but having EXCLUSIVE card backs just sucks! Just because I'm not in college (I'm 52 for G-d sakes!) I can't have a complete collection (or the ability to get a complete collection) or card backs?
Look, I know its just an image...I know its just a card back, and I know it has zero impact on how good (or bad) a player I am, but that's why I liked it! Because it was something I could earn just by playing...to be excluded because I have a job, kids, and graduated college before Blizzard even existed (thus am unable to earn this card back( is borderline age discrimination!
