Jeoparino 2: Kripparrian, Noxious, and TidesOfTime
The second episode of Hearthstone Jeoparino from Liquid'Amaz aired this morning, and the video is now available for your consumption. Kripparrian, the previous champion, was joined by fan favourites Noxious and TidesOfTime to put their Hearthstone knowledge to the test. If you aren't familiar with Jeoparino, the show is modelled off the popular TV quiz show, Jeopardy!, but is filled with Hearthstone flavour turned up to 11.

Tides seems so out of place in there. Funny how the most casual seems the most tryhard LOL
they should get someone to ask the questions that can be easily understood I can't even understand half the questions being asked by amaz and from the looks of it neither could the players
I like Chakki and Tarei. Maybe someone can tell me more about their qualifications but, based on their games during the qualifier, they looked dominant.
What was Tides doing there? I don't think he was even trying to answer the questions...
Poor Tides and Kripp lol
S A L T B O Y S... Haha Tides' face the whole time.
RNGesus!
I'm sad Dog isn't in there. I like his stream a lot.
What the hell does that even mean -_-
Dedicating your entire gametime to playing ladder with the same 2 or 3 decks often means you never even bother to look at other options. Many hi tier HS players don't even know that certain cards exist. The "brainless farmer" knows the meta-game very well, but never bothers to think about the greater game as a whole.
While the winner does spend a lot of his time experimenting with rarely used cards to come up with out-there decks, the reason he won by a landslide was easiest explained by the fact that he spent the entire week on stream studying every card, both in the game and on Hearthhead.com. That includes collectible cards, NPC/Boss cards, and cards that used to exist but have changed in the ~3 years the game was in development. He was simply more prepared.
Wait, something with this tournament roster isn't right. DreamHack is promoting their Blizzcon European Qualifiers (here) and the 16 participants are not qualified yet.
Also: Why are there people outside of Europe even allowed to participate? Looking at you Amaz / Reynad / Thunderbuddy.
Amaz won a DreamHack event and it gave him automatic entry into the qualifiers. The other two did indeed get through with Quals though. Perhaps region-locking should be looked at next year, but I don't think its necessarily as big of a problem as it is with "Koreancraft" (SC2).
I wonder how Amaz would do if he didn't host. Ah well, it was a lot of fun to watch!
He does some trivia of his own from questions his streamers ask, while he is playing no less, and he's quite good.
gee gee
Trump is not on the list? or is it true that he is not an American so he in the Asia group with Amaz?
Trump didn't make it through the qualifiers.
Did Trump even qualify? I don't think he did.
Perhaps not. Honestly, doesn't really matter to me- top 16 does, and more importantly, BlizzCon =D
