This might be a really powerfull control deck card. However I don't feel I like this continuos idea of your win chance being significantly raised if you draw a certain one card from your deck (Looking at you Prince Keleseth!).
It's not quite as bad as Keleseth, since you have an extra 4 turns to find her, but any card with a long term effect (such as most hero cards, if not all) also have the problem. It's a card game, there's going to be draw RNG, and powerful cards skew your win chance further.
I see some potential in this card. She makes most taunts (Primordial Drake or Sleepy Dragon ) theatening minions
If I am not mistaken, this this card could be quite good in Spiteful Priest, because you want to play mostly minions to get the Attack buff on almost all the cards in the deck.
Now back to reality. You wouldn't build a deck of cheap 0/7 minions around this card because more than half the time you won't draw her or draw her too late.
You would want to put it in a deck that has high health minions that are good on their own. Those that people are quoting are the big 9 drop dragons and obsidian statue. But if you draw /and/ play these you probably already won anyway.
To me, this looks like another The Mistcaller, where everyone freaks out about how OP it is during reveal, and then in reality it's too slow and greedy and doesn't affect the game enough.
And no, big priest wouldn't play this because it's a bad card to cheat out of the deck, and resurrected minions, where they get their value, won't have the buff.
Yup, I believe this is the most realistic reaction. Additionally, if you're playing larger things to synergise with lady in white, you're compromising your early and mid game, which means you're more likely to die to aggro, and look what the top meta decks are currently: aggro and dude paladin. I don't think either of those decks are getting severely nerfed by the rotation so they (or at least some variant of aggressive paladin) will be near the top as long as call to arms exists and is not nerfed.
I agree that the usefulness of this card may be limited and it is similar to Mistcaller but lady in white not only provides a more helpful buff to your deck but it also has a better statline then Mistcaller. This card honestly reminds me more of Kelseth where I don't see people just plopping her into an already established deck but making a deck to synergize with her. In other classes I would say she is garbage but in priest she will see play, and probably see a lot of play. I could honestly see a whole new archetype developing because of her.......i mean think abiut a Kelseth/lady in white/spiteful deck..........you could pull it off without even sacrificing that much. The only thing that doesn't send this card deep into op territory (imho) is the even mana cost won't allow her to be in Baku decks
Comparing this with any of new warrior legendary makes me kinda sad :c
what the fucking fuck.
what the fuck is wrong with them, can i have some drugs they use? for fucks sake
Are they high? They give this to Priest and give struggling Warrior a %#^$^ legendary that CAN'T ATTACK?????!!!!!!!!!
They have GOT to be high as kites.
Here is the second Priest legendary:
or:
Battlecry: Half the Health of all minions in your opponent's desk (minimum 1)
Where did u find it?
yes, except I think it will be odd-costed. maybe the next card today as it looks similar
But yeah having a 'lady in black' type of thing would be cool as hell. Although a little bit OP.
Oh my Yogg
Uhh so it turns my twilight drake into a 1/1?
Maybe I'm overlooking something, but I don't think this card is as broken as many people say.
The reason why Inner Fire is good in the first place is because you can buff your minion before you cast inner fire, and this doesn't allow you to do that.
It does add a lot of value to your deck if you draw and play it early, but how much of that value matters? If you want to make it matter a lot, you're sacrificing consistency (the better Lady in White makes your deck, the worse your deck is if you don't draw her).
Also, there aren't that many cards that interact with attack to make this work in a different area (even Meat Wagon, for example, might not be good enough).
At the moment, she seems like a niche card unless more cards that synergise with her get released.
Nice way to transform defensive minions in a very controlly deck into offensive ones in a long term value game. It is not really comparable to keleseth which is good for aggro, nor to mistcaller, as +4 attack on an obsidian statue is better than +1/+1.
I really think it can push a control (maybe quest?) priest archetype
