Hearthstone Feedback Survey Details
Blizzard started sending out emails last night with a request to fill out a feedback survey on the game. Top 5 Plays of the Week
GiantKiller of 2pPressStart published a new episode of Hearthstone, Top 5 Plays of the Week. This week's top plays come from Saboteur, Amaz, Mokoh, Forsen, and Realz/Frodan. Congratulations guys on making the cut with some sweet plays!
"Weekly new card releases (NEW)"
I like it. Many card games use this system and ppl won't get enough time to complain :P
I like how I didn't get a survey. Typical.
I would really appreciate if the Shaman concede emote didn't end with "friend". So tired ending the game when I see I've lost and calling the opponent "friend". Especially against hunters.
It would be really nice to get monthly new cards, but Blizzard needs to be careful with the balancing so the old ones can still be playable.
I'm surprised there is no suggestion to change chat period... the chat box is extremely bad. Simple things like copying text would be nice if people send links for example. Also properly seeing who you are chatting with rather than having to scroll around your list to see if you have a new message.
Is there any way to volunteer to take the survey? Would be nice to get our voices heard. :) (Might skew their data though.)
I still have not got it.
Observer mode and recorded replay. It's HYPEning !
Weekly card releases seems a bit much. 4-5 new cards at the beginning of each month/season plus regular (3-4 per year) expansions at ~30 cards each (including class cards) would be a good pace. And call me a masochist, but I would appreciate a (toggled, default off) chat function.
Cant wait for the expansion. The raid setup seems pretty interesting
Adventure Mode (PvE challenges)
If this might include CO-OP "raids", YES PLEASE!
All I want is one more emote that says "Hurry the f&$k up!" Seriously, there's no reason to have your turn ended for you when you have one mana crystal.
I feel bad for the people buying new emotes, because I squelch all of my opponents.
by paid content means real money or in game gold?
Real money. It make sense that Blizzard would release some cosmetic-only items that can only be acquired through a monetary purchase.
Weekly new cards would suck, you'd have a constantly churning meta game. If you're going to release cards frequently do it monthly, at the start of the new season. That way everyone is on an even footing and the rankings actually mean something.
Otherwise before you are good and well used to what 1 card can do for certain classes another card allready gets added and the interaction of ALL cards changes again. It'd be chaos, and getting to Legend and getting high Legend ranking would be who cheesed most efficiently with the new card.
Weekly cards would be one of the worst things they could do, imo.
A neutral card per week seems okay with me. Or release one new class card per week for nine weeks.
Not really. Blizzard is following the strategy of "Absorb content from WoW and use it however you want."
Because as you can notice Uther Lightbringer is dead. So is Gul'dan. And Garrosh Hellscream controls his father. I can go on all day really
Hrm... if by paid content, they mean paid only content, then I would really vote down new card packs. If it means both paid and in game gold, then I would vote highly for it.
As long as you can get any item that grants a playing advantage with a "reasonable" amount of in game effort, I'm for it. If it's something like emotes, meh, it can be paid only. But I only think people will buy stuff that other players can see.
Blizzard will never release anything that gives a game advantage (i.e. cards) that cannot also be purchased with gold or crafted. All of these "money-only" items will cosmetic-only.
