Hearthstone Update for February Contains New Events, Possible Balance Changes

A new patch has been confirmed for next month which at the very least will contain some new "cool" events Ben Brode has confirmed earlier today via Twitter.

If the team decides to make balance changes, that is the earliest any will happen.
We wonder if this will include the arena-only cards for future usage.

Is there anything specific you'd like to see changed in a possible balance update?

Those 'new strong cards' make other new interesting cards irrelevant. Some people want to experiment, not to 'play the same old shit'. Your argument is invalid.

Psychic Scream

Some combination of these cards, I hope. Possessed Lackey and Voidlord are also prime candidates but they can at least be answered by Silence to some degree.

If you knew me, you would know I'm not that guy. But, in my opinion, these are the cards that are pushing out the other deck types.

For sure, something needs to be done about Psychic Scream. That's the only card I am 100% against in this set.

I definitely think Psychic Scream will go to like 9 mana. The fact that it is better than Twisting Nether and costs less never made any sense.

Similarly, Call to Arms is letting you play 6 mana worth of minions on turn 4 for 4 mana. Also confusing.

only Corridor Creeper needs a nerf. If you nerf call to arms paladin drops to garbage tier again and then who's gonna beat cubelock?

Psychic Scream (which gives Highlander Priest a second powerful board clear) and Corridor Creeper (which is helped a lot by how common Patches is) will naturally become more balanced after the next standard rotation (though I wouldn't mind seeing the cost of Creeper going up by one mana), Call to Arms and some part of the Cubelock package are more problematic because those decks lose almost nothing in the rotation. We had the same issue with Pirate Warrior in last year's rotation and I'm hoping Blizzard manages to get out ahead of it this time.

Actually these are the unique three card of K&C that are very successful and present in almost all relevant decks

I don't remind any other card of K&C worth to craft ... some reasonable card (Kobold Librarian or the minstrel) some card that fit in very specific deck (control warlock set) ... but everything else is rubbish
