All the Possible Options for Dungeon Run Card Bundles by Class
We've been hard at work figuring out the intricacies with Hearthstone's new Dungeon Run mode. We've put together an exhaustive list of all the possible cards you can receive from each bundle of cards presented at the completion of a boss. Use this to help yourself gauge the power level of each of the options and what you may be able to get after future successful clears.
Note: Unique also provides you with cards that are not in your deck, the exact criteria, if it exists, we are not sure of.
Bundle Patch Changes
A game patch on February 6, 2018 made two changes to these bundles. The bundles have been updated below.
- Patches the Pirate was removed from the Warrior bundle, Charge!
- Celestial Dreamer was removed from the Druid bundle, Jungle Quest.
If you get the "deathrattle triggers twice" that's the best package you can possibly get. :)
That's good, but it would be nice if you could add the starting deck list of each class, the list of bonus we can get for each class and the decks of each opponent.
It's got some bugs still, but it's pretty fun.
I am wondering some things though. Is the AI cheating or scaling differently depending on your class/cards? Or is it learning your playstyle like Mortal Kombat or other fighting games do to cheat to have a higher chance to beat you every consecutive time you play them?
So for example, ran priest twice and made a pretty crap deck the first time, then a decent one the second. But made it to the boss both times before dying. I then switched to Druid and made some insane decks. Just stupid explosive and synergistic and the treasures I was able to put with it should make it almost unbeatable, but somehow, I was always paired with the harder enemies. They always topdecked answers. Always. If I had an advantage, it would topdeck or play something to immediately stop it. I got to the boss the first time with some struggle. But then every time i replayed Druid, it got harder and harder and I didn't see the boss again because I died before it. By the 5th run of Druid, I died on the second enemy after the first almost killed me.
It's just me or they made Xol the Unscathed impossible to beat?
Seriously? I thought he was the easiest of the final bosses.
It's beatable, just insanely hard. I got crushed with my Big Warrior, bu got it done with a Jade permaStealth Rogue.
I won with my zoo warlock on the first try. It's etremely important to look at his emotes and remember what beams he has in hand. Confusion? Throw in some little fodder. Death? Trade in injured minions. Etc. I think without those emotes the fight would have been very hard and, frankly, stupid and completely rng dependant.
I took the CANDLE ^^
KT behind a taunt still shits on everything :3
What took you guys so long? I mean, the game came out yesterday for crying out loud!
Seriously - amazing job. Diving into my next run with this open as a ref.
This is beautiful! Thank you! I've been loving the dungeon runs, beat shaman so far with double battle cry power and evolve thrall, takes a board of 5 dopplegangsters to 10!
Curious, are the various power selections referenced anywhere? I seem to get different options each run.
so much info well done :0
This, this is the post that makes you THE website to go to for heartstone queries.
We love you too!
Not done yet!
I'm the only one getting sometimes (at least 3 times yesterday) duplicated cards in the Unique bundle, last time was two Kazakus.
