I dont know how u all miss the potential of this card. U all know that we are getting the new epic card Rummaging Kobold and it's means that you cud have 3 legendary weapon u know how good will this be with that card and in a future if we get some weapon drow like Forge of Souls that rogue can use it will be op....
because u have bigger chance to drow it ... it's batter then a hero power rogue was the only class that have to change hero power because it was to op and now u get a rogue weapon that is better then a hero power then u can use constantly wit Cavern Shinyfinder and like i say u have a bigger chanes to drow it with Rummaging Kobold so this is op card but will it see play i think that it will but that only my opinion .... :D

DECK IDEA – Self-Mill Rogue :
1. Draw like crazy to get the godamn weapon
2. Increase its attack like crazy
3. Mill yourself
Finisher: Equip Kingsbane, Charge FACE, heropower to return it to the deck, REPEAT
(Oh yeah and try not to die)
maybe you could also add a Shadowblade for otk with Coldlight Oracle, so you not die from fatiguing yourself either
It will get destroyed and then you'll never draw it again. 1/10
Most overrated card of all time. Yes you can boost it with poison but that only works well on minions with low attack and high defense. You dont want to sling this into an 8/8.
But there is, and could be more lifesteal which can effectively works like Immune This Turn.
Not nearly as overrated as Spiritsinger Umbra, for example. And people keep pretty civilized discussion here. Meanwhile, when Spiritsinger Umbra was revealed, most people just went apeshit crazy and threw their... hm, valuable opinions at everyone who dared to disagree that it was the most OP card of the set.
Kingsbane
After reading all the information regarding this weapon I'd like to clarify the way this weapon works and leave no room for doubt also, to let you know how good it is and what kind of deck would like to add this badboy.
How this weapon works: Kingsbane works the following way. First, any enchantment applied to this weapon is permanent. It may be a global effect like C'thun (meaning that buffing 1 Kingsbane will apply to all Kingsbane you have if you manage to get more than 1) or not. Currently (we have to wait until Monday when they reveal all the cards) there is NOT a single way to Silence weapons in Hearthstone, so any enchantment applied to Kingsbane is valuable given that you'll get them all of them active again when you equip this weapon just for 1 mana.

How does Kingsbane interact withDoomerang: It's rather easy to explain. First of all, consider Doomerang's damage as an attack you would make with the weapon, so it applies every enchantment it has to the target (Poisonous and Lifesteal for example). After dealing damage, the weapon returns to your hand (you DON'T shuffle a copy into the deck because the weapon didn't get destroyed) and if you have 1 mana, you can inmediatly equip it once again (But you can't attack again if you already attacked).
How does Kingsbane interact with Blade Flurry: Unlike Doomerang, Blade Flurry is a spell that does AoE Damage based on your weapon's damage but it won't trigger Poisonous or Lifesteal. Once cast, the weapon gets destroyed and shuffled into the deck.
This card rating: Excellent (Metadefining, given it will create a new Rogue Archetype)
It's a very flexible card and can get some crazy value over the course of a game. As starters, you can play this weapon on curve with no downside given Rogue waste 2 mana to Hero Power a 1/2 Dagger on turn 2 so it's a no brainer that a 1/3 sword with this effect is way better. The fact that it gets shuffled back into the deck retaining past enchantments also makes it great value. Just applying 2 Deadly Poisons into the weapon, it becomes a 1 mana 5/3 Arcanite Reaper!.
The above explanation is a good summary. But no where does it state its a world effect. so while the enchantments do stay on the weapon if you pick up a new weapon it wont necessary give the new kingsbane the enchantments. With proper playtesting or confirmation from the devs is always the guaranteed way to know for sure. the same goes for doomarange. we wont know for certain untill proper playtesting.
Well, richarq, Raza the Chained or Shadowreaper Anduin can be at the end too. Or Barnes and your Shadow Essencees. Or your Malygos. Or your Archmage Antonidas. I think you get my point.
I could elaborate on "no brainer" a little bit more, but I'll just say that using Hero Power doesn't cost you a card.
Like i posted 8 hours ago u can use Rummaging Kobold to get more copy of Kingsbane and than use Cavern Shinyfinder to get it out of you'r deck and than u will have 3 copy of Kingsbane and as the game progress u will drow more consistent so u will always have it and it's just better then a hero power u will not need it later in the game . :D
Oil rogue in wild will be more powerful? Seems nice, i'm curious will it be playable
Actually this card is with current card pool is garbage except for a high draw deck with rogue dk and Furnacefire Colossus with rogue dk you can generate copies of this card into your deck and you can eat those with the colossus to make a bigger body+immunity to fatigue.With current cards however this card is a meme card.Rogue needs minions which buff weapon to make this card worth like
Bloodsail Cultist or squidface rogue needs more effects like these in minions for this card to be meta viable.
You forgot about Leeching Poison and Deadly Poison bro ?
