Card Design Competition Season 6 - The Grand Finale!

We've had an exciting past few months with our Card Design Competition, but now its time for Season 6 to come to an end! We need your help to vote for the best of the best.

Below you will find all the finalists we had throughout the season. We ask that you check them out and then head on over to the finale voting thread and cast your votes so we can determine the grand champion!

The way it's worded, Molten elemental would become a 0/6 if killed in one shot... so maybe it should say "after this survives damage."

Mutananus The Devourer is pretty wonky if you get it on a mage and your opponent is a priest. Deal 1 damage then heal for 2 just like a tsundare...baka

Steamwheedle Sniper is precedent for a class card only modifying it's class' Hero Power despite not specifically specifying it doesn't work for other classes (Steamwheedle Sniper does not work for, say, a Priest). It's not bad card design IMO because the philosophy of Hearthstone text is to make them as concise as possible while still making it apparent what it does in most situations. Other classes trying to use Mutanus would be rare enough that it's better to not take up space on the card explaining the distinction.

Just to be clear, I'm not blaming you for lacking the context to understand the card.

To be fair, your card design is much better for the archetype they were trying to push for rogue. Maybe a little unbalanced (I think +1 attack should be fine)

So I was supposed to draw my own art for it...? Every single one of these cards just used someone else's art. I don't think you understand what plagiarism is. You have to claim the work as your own to be plagiarizing, and none of us are claiming the art is our own work.

So much interesting cards here. I really wish Blizzard steped up their card game. Blizzard, hire those card creators. Or at least, buy those designs from them. WTH, at least steal their designs, take "inspiration" from them.

They are likely contractually obligated to not look at fan creations. Maro has it posted right on his blog that he is not allowed to look at fan creations, so this likely holds true for Hearthstone devs as well.
