Place | Prize | Offline Bonus |
---|---|---|
1st | 50% of Prize Pool | $10,000 |
2nd | 30% of Prize Pool | N/A |

Stream
The in-person event will be streamed on Twitch.tv/EsportsArena. Frodan will be hosting!
They should also have a similar event, but instead of prizing the 1st to reach legend, it could reward the best win-rate on a specific amount of games.
This way, it would encourage different decks other than the fastest aggro deck on the meta to appear on the competition in order to finish every match as fast as possible.
Today i got legendary. I guess, i'm not such a great ratrace player.
Everyone will probably be playing keleseth rogue
only 15% of pp is playing rouge what are you talking about
i've played this game for a long time, legends players are truly way better and win consistenly more than rank 15 ones, i'd say 80% skill and 20% luck
Pretty sure is 50% Skill and 50% Luck. /s
The more games you play the more luck evens out and skill prevails. A 70% winrate for 20 games is possibly luck, but a 70% winrate for 800 game is definately skill.
i get your point, but a 70% winrate isnt possible in this game across 800 games. Thats not apart of the game design. HS goes, over the long run, 30% skill, 10% luck, 60% volume of games.
I'm a rank 15 player cuz I only play decks I built and that are fun. Feb this year I built a Pirate Warrior and got from 15 to 300 legend in 3 days. Anyone can do it, it's just extremely lame and boring to play those decks. I'd rather have a 30% winrate and enjoy playing my video game.
Given how much the event could last, competitors better bring their favorite choice of snacks, coffee / energy drinks and... urine bags!
i hope they'll do it right after the new expansion hit again, deck crafting skills asked
Who can aggro the hardest? Who has enough skill to get keleseth on 2 while avoiding misplay of drawing patches? Who is the bonemare whisperer? All that and much more (not really) @EsportsArena
Made my day :))) ty man
