A relly interesting concept.. I thought it would have seen much more play, especially for the 3 damage effect.. but a imba card like Spreading Plague proved itself to be far superior against any aggro deck.
Fandral's deathrattle gives +2/-1 to all minions.
I feel this card text is too confusing and complicated for new players. How did Ben ever approve this.
I like this! More for the Druid AoE when you're behind than anything else but is an absolute killer if you play this while ahead on the board and pick the +2/+2 option! And then of course the mindgames where the boards are close.

ASSUMING this works with N'Zoth, the Corruptor(which it probably won't but fingers crossed) and it brings back the Fatespinner with the originally chosen deathrattle, it could be insane with the give all minions +2/+2 option. This is even assuming that choosing the +2/+2 option won't backfire on you went you choose it at first without reviving it, but I can already see a Trolden or Daily Hearthstone highlight moment with it, Wild or Standard.
Do any of you have any opinions on how it would affect arena? I know it is too early to tell with cards still unreleased and an undefined meta for the expansion, but I'd imagine it would have a pretty big impact because of it's ability to change the tide because an arena deck may not have a good answer in the way that a perfect constructed net-deck might.
Do you get both with Fandral? Would be awkward if so.
I think this is too risky to play the +2/+2 option as a deathrattle. Can't remember the names, but there are two cards from WotOG that give your minions buffs on dathrattle, and neither are played in constructed. The 3 damage option likely will be the popular option, but too slow as a deathrattle at 5 mana. Lotus Agents is barely played, and I think this new card isn't as good as Agents.
I agree with everything except that the 3 damage deathrattle is too slow. It's basically a Hellfire that either your opponent has to activate themselves or you can use like a swipe (deal 8 damage to a minion and 3 to all others). That's a lot of value for 5 mana. I also think that the +2/+2 option would be the preferred option in control match-ups, since the 3 damage AoE would be pretty insignificant there.
They do have a team of people getting paid countless thousands just to design cards. I don't see, especially given that the fan creations community can come up with great designs themselves, that the official developers should be given slack because 'not every card they make can be good in a set of 130'. That's madness— if you can make a good card, you can make other good cards, and the only reason they aren't good cards is they want to reduce the collective worth of each pack, such that people buy more packs to get the good cards. Is that so hard to understand?
My question is will the secret effect ever come into play. If your opponent has a big board you choose 3 damage to all. If you have a big board you choose +2/+2 to all. If anything I can see a lot of craziness happening from the +2/+2 in favor of the opponents side that it just might now be worth it to play that deathrattle effect. It's very rare I say that both sides would have even boards for both to be active and you would decide to give your opponent the high end of the stick by getting the ability to react to what it is.
