For Standard I agree, for Wild I think it's well playable in N'Zoth / Control Warriors.

Cool card, and I'm not saying this only because of the name of the expansion :P

It will be a staple in N'zoth control warrior.

Fun combo with sparring partner, but i nothing more, its just 4/3 for 3, coz if you are aggro-mid and you are ahead you dont need armor, and if you behind nobody gonna trade it, only if enemy wanna protect his impactful minion (like flappy bird), for sure can see play in mid-range n'zoth list, coz usually u got AoE'd after n'zoth, but n'zoth mid-range/tempo warrior in year of the mammonth, please.

It's not meta defining, but could see some play in control oriented decks.
Great stats for a 3 drop.  It is good against midrange decks, as this either stalls the tempo of your opponent, or you get the 6 shield, (because of the 4 attack, your opponent has to kill it if he wants his 3-4 drop to survive next turn). 
Very good 3 drop pick in arena.

Seems like a fair card. I think its really close whether this will see play or not. Its kind of on the edge of playable. 

The main problem with this card is that if you are up against aggro, the aggro will just ignore it and outdamage you, so you have to trade it in. The 2nd problem is that the opponent might be able to just taunt up and never kill this minion.

And a 3mana 4-3 is obviously bad by itself (In constructed) 

So probably,this card needs taunt to gain his effect,otherwise an aggro deck won't likely trade to this card...Maybe there will be other cards synergize with this..like Sparring Partner

There might be situations where you want to trade this minion with your weapon in order to protect board. This card sometimes force you to make unpleasant decisions, either you give your opponent armor or let him do favorable trade next turn.

This card is amazing for smorc and tempo  warriors in smorc mirrors since it secures that they will outface the opponent.Having to push through another 6 damage in a smorc mirror is most of the times a death sentence.

Now in a control warrior deck,i think that the other ways to gain armor are better and more reliable so  it propably won't have a place there.Imagine wanting desperatelly to heal and you top deck this,well gg the opponent will ignore it and you will die.

Any reason this can't have taunt? And why the smorc statline? 

Because it'd be too powerful and require less skill with taunt. Currently it's a card that neither player wants to kill and that's a very interesting concept that will create some incredible gameplay scenarios. With taunt the Warrior would just play this card and leave it there, forcing the opponent to kill it. The statline is so aggressive to give the opponent incentive to kill it instead of being the player to leave it standing there.

I like the concept. The card itself could be strong or not (so many still have to be revealed, and we don't know of all possible interactions yet) but it makes you think a little more, so the design idea is cool.
