Our Card Design Competition Returns for Season 6!
HearthPwn's Card Design Competition is back! After taking a short break from the Season 5 Finale, we're back with another competition to let you output those creative juices.
This week we're designing cards that give a permanent negative effect to a minion.
Debuffering - Season 6 Competition #1
This weeks theme comes from gilgamesh1010, whose "Standoff" was the winner of our "No Mere Top Deck" competition.
Competition-Specific Restrictions:
- Your card must be a single-target spell
- Your card must be usable as a 'debuff' - that is, it must be able to give a negative effect to a minion
- The 'debuff' must be permanent - Pint-Size Potion would not count for this competition
- Examples of cards that would count include Humility, Blessing of Wisdom and Power Word: Glory

Posted Jun 26, 2017 (Un'Goro Launch)Maybe calling it ''First Strike'' (instead of Attack Priority) like in MtG would have been more obvious, but the text is still pretty obscure - not that it is a complex mechanic - I just think the wording makes it convoluted.
