Help Yogg-Saron find a servant! Your deck is full of wannabes who cast a random spell at a random target when played.
Trivia
- This is the third time we've seen this Brawl.
- July 13, 2016 was the debut of Servant of Yogg-Saron Tryouts.
The Brawl
- Your deck is filled with random minions, simply choose your class and head into game.
- The minions will be neutral or from your own class.
- The random spell that is cast goes off before any Battlecry effects activate. Important to keep in mind!
- If a minion is summoned to the field through card text, no random spell will be cast. It must be played from your hand.

Can someone explain something to me about this brawl.
I was playing against a priest and he used a Curious Glimmerroot and he got an Arcane Intellect. I know for sure that it wasn't cast by the glimmerroot, and that it says in the events line, arcane intellect was created by curious glimmerroot. What makes no sense is that this brawl has only minions, and glimmerroot was able to make a spell, yet its text says look at cards and pick the one that started in your opponents deck, so how did this happen? We also played up to fatigue yet I never got an arcane intellect cast or drawn.
Edit:
Cool stuff, 7 brawls in a row ALL buff spells hit their minions, and ALL damage spells hit my minions :D very fun!
Aweful and unimaginative, lazy designers
Rng trash for degenerative kids
at least gwent will be in open beta in may
This brawl should honestly be removed, it's not enjoyable at all. Doesn't promote any sense of strategy whatsoever.
How does Curious Glimmerroot work in this brawl??
typical rng fiesta hearthstone's weekly tavern brawl
A round of applause for Blizzard, they've done it again. Another rng based brawl that requires no skills whatsoever. Rly guys?! I thought this is a card game. I somehow got over the shitload of rng crap you continue to release in every exp/adv, but 'playing' with completely random prebuild deck with those conditions is a bit too much, don't you think. The entire brawl requires only to throw cards at the board and observe the clown fiesta that's triggered afterwards. I feel like I'm playing cancer-aggro; one of the worst brawls ever. Pls Blizzard, get your shit together and stop trying to turn a card game into a cheap slot game.
Isn't the point of brawl to have fun outside of the ranked ladders? You shouldn't mind losing at all...
my friend played dust devil. It got hit by dinosize. So turn 1 he had a 10 10 windfury on board. I coined into a master swordsmith. I got mind control. This is literally the best brawl ever, tavern brawl is not supposed to be a competitive thing. Its just a fun game where you can play a friend and laugh at your rng and most people on this forum seem to treat the tavern brawl like its ranked play. If you are a competitive player, take your free pack and leave. But many people who play this game for fun enjoy a friendly brawl between friends, and this brawl is one of the best one for that.
This brawl is a precursor to any lottery buying.
Still not understanding all the hate, this brawl is super fun. I imagine all the haters also never played Yogg.
Sounds like y'all take brawls real seriously. I played this brawl with my buddy for a quest and we laughed so hard and had so much fun that we proceeded to play 3 more. At one point I played Aviana, who immediately silenced herself, then was forced to play a 1-drop after that plan fell apart, at which point the Aviana was Fireball'ed and I only had a 1-drop. We were crying laughing, good times were had. Then he went back to Ladder and I went back to Arena.
Turns out I hate Astral Communion...
who develops this kind of garbage?
play ones... pack... that's it
like half the minions that i played proceeded to immediately kill themselves... 5 out of 7 would play again
Such a fun brawl, and Epic card from a pack, nice
I hate this brawl, just too random and no fun... sry blizz
