Based off how it's worded yes. It would reappear in your hand as a 4/4, then if discarded again as a 6/6 and so on. I do think if she is somehow sent back to your hand (sap or vanish) that she would go back to being a 2/2 though.
I AM POWER INCARNATE
Dear angry downvoters...
Clearly making the point that this is a massive buff to Deathwing in certain Warlock decks.
Not only removes some of the punish for playing him but actually rewards you too.
Thanks Brode <3
Most likely the most INSANE Card of the entire Set. You heard it here first, Discard-Questlock Tier 1 00%
I would not be surprised at all. Between the various [don't actually discard this] cards and Malchezaar's Imp, there is plenty of opportunity to turn discard into a positive vs negative effect. Add to that an infinite value card just for doing it 6 times.
I hope they playtested the heck out of this mechanic 'cause it doesn't look like it's gonna end well.

did you know ben broad said we cannot balance and change most of the cards so easy because it will required from us to play 100th of matchs to test them before they come to back broken to the game ?? , so don't worry they already test the quest from long time ago, but remeber they are a thing and meta is a thing ;)
Very nicely designed card.
The earliest you can play this is round 2 as a 4/4. That works only if both this AND Soulfire are in your mulligan, AND you play Soulfire on turn 1 (wasting a removal on face) AND it discards this card and not the other. So, 50/50 chance at best. Then turn 2, you've got a 4/4 to play. Not that much more ridiculous than 3/4 Totem Golem on turn 2, and it takes some serious luck to make it happen and you have to give up a good removal card. Now, they may add another 1-mana discard, we don't know that yet obviously, but this seems just right. And it's a Legendary, so the odds of getting it in your starting hand are half any other rarity.
I don't think this is going to build up as fast as people think. You're going to have to keep playing a lot of discards AND get lucky and discard THIS card instead of something else. That means you're going to be losing other cards sometimes that you wanted to keep, unless you really keep your hand lean. But, if you do that, your ability to counter is really restricted. This is exactly the kind of card Blizzard loves - potentially big upside, but you have to give something up.
Love the design. I suspect this is going to be harder to make work than it seems.
Even if your opponent knows that you are buffing this card, even if he removes it, you know how much value you gained just by discarding this card? It means taht 2,3 or 4 of your cards weren't discarded. Your Soulfire now became 1 mana deal 4 damage and buff a minion in your hand for 2, instead of discard a card. And also it adds to the quest. That's what makes it really OP
There's text on the card. Look closer.
Literally OP on its own.But discard decks may not be that strong. I don't think discard is a mechanic that can go well with control type of decks, maybe discard zoo can be powerful. But who knows, there are more cards to come...
The cool thing that people don't seem to realize is that you don't actually "discard" a card with this which means free value
That's why this card is so good.
2 mana 4/4 draw a card seems pretty good in zoo.
time to craft hemet
Cmon guys.. discard warlock isn't TERRIBLE. And this card will only make a decent deck better. You don't have to build an entire deck around this one card. There are plenty of good discard cards already! This just makes them better!
1. Not guaranteed to have in hand soon enough to matter.
2. Completely telegraphed to the opponent that you're building Vancleef 2.0
