Gadgetzan Throw-Down is This Week's Brawl
The three bosses of Gadgetzan have decided to throw down themselves! They'll be armed with decks of Mean Streets cards from their factions!
Trivia
- This is a brand new brawl!
How it Works
- You will be randomly given one of three heroes; Kazakus, Aya Blackpaw, or Don Han'Cho.
- Each hero has decks which are made out of synergistic Gadgetzan cards relevant to their factions.
Kazakus - The Kabal
- Potions Everywhere! His hero power Brew Potion gives you a random Potion, so basically the effect of Kabal Chemist.
- Potions for the most part are control oriented, with the exception of that amazing Greater Healing Potion and arguably Bloodfury Potion.
Aya Blackpaw - The Jade Lotus
- Jade Golems! Her hero power is Construct Golem which if you couldn't guess, summons a Jade Golem.
- Lots of healing and taunt cards in her deck to let he survive direct hits while dishing out Jade Golems every turn.
Don Han'Cho - The Grimy Goons
- Hand Buffs! Definitely couldn't have guessed that his hero power would benefit your hand. Smuggle grants +2/+2 to a random minion in your hand.
- He makes continued use of the hand buff mechanics through his other cards in the deck.

Kazakus - the worst in this brawl, even the potions from hero power cant win the game.
Aya Blackpaw - only lost to Don han'cho, and against other aya, the trick is to start playing jades first :)

Posted Mar 2, 2017 (Aggro Downfall)Thing is that every brawl is for fun and also gives the opportunity for everyone to take a break from ladders or arena,completing his/her quests and awarding everyone with one classic pack.So I don't understand why griefing...Just enjoy it guys!

Terrible brawl.. just shows how busted jades are.
Would be more exciting if it was the best mix of every faction in each deck so everyone has at least 50% to win..
At leaat have every deck contain the faction boss...

first game got aya but no jade cards until i lost around turn 9. second game got aya vs. aya. Turn 2 he dirty rats out a 4/5 for me. I say well played and he conceded. Got my pack and I'm done.

ps. I get 6 felfire potion non stop when I only had 5 hp.
Aya seem to be the most powerful of trio. cuz if the other don't have the right answer to her golem or burst her down before she can even get good board. then it GG.

Posted Mar 1, 2017 (Aggro Downfall)There's 9 potions in the game, which means the odds of not getting Dragonfire Potion at all from 20 uses of the hero power is approximately 1/10, which isn't insanely small. You were just a bit unlucky

But, not confirmed ... Aya is definitely beatable by the other two. Aya has the upper hand, especially if she has low-mana jade spells so the first time she is hero-powering it's a 4/4 on turn four.
I am upset they allowed mirror matches. Boring!

Posted Mar 1, 2017 (Aggro Downfall)Yeah, maybe it was a good concept, however, Blizz didn't pay any attention for the deck construction at all. Absolutely garbage cards like Sleep with fishes or a Cuthroat that Silences a Deathrattle minion - while I faced ONE deathrattle minion in ~5 games, and it was Mistress of Mixtures. You gain Finja and all he can pull from his deck maybe (if you're very lucky) another Finja.
And your opponent plays a double-buffed Doppleganger and you stare at them with extreme frustration because all mass removal you have is called "Sleep with fishes". Absolutely crappy brawl.
